New Years Body Dash 2010 Dec 28


Keeping the body moving even with the holiday festivites.

It felt like snow this evening and our bodies took some time to warm up.
Yet we did not give up and finished the Year with our last session for 2010.

We Have Found a Home 2010 Nov 15


Ahhhhh Finally it worked out that we have found a park with ample lighting and safe surface for running in all weather conditions. And toilet facilities available, at QFC or local coffee shops.

Shalom fitness does like to be in and with the community ;-)

We meet and will continue to meet at Downtown Ballard Park. Meeting on the corner of 22nd Ave NW and NW 57th Street.

And what a beautiful evening it was. Even though we brought head lamps we really didn’t need them. The moon was so bright and the air very crisp.
