This is a great exercise if you do not have a ton of time.

Hip Stabilizers
Chest
Lower Back

For today you will need:
Just yourself.

Be sure you kept hydrated and warm through the day today.

Finding My Butt Program: Where are you????


For years my many coaches would say "Ila: use your legs and butt. Use your power house. Use that lower body". I could not for the life of me figure out what they were talking about.

I was jumping, running, springing, bounding, kicking: What else did I need to do to tap into this 'power house' resource the coaches were so frustrated that I was not getting.

Well, as the years went on. Track and Field ended when I was 13 years old do to injuries. Then the life of a swimmer through high school and University. It wasn't until my final year as a College athlete did I get what my coaches where talking about.

I FOUND MY BUTT (or more commonly known as MY ASS POWER) This was a great victory. My time improved, my energy improved and I made NCAA list for the 100 fly. Finally.

Yet as life took me on many roads. I lost interest in my ASS and found new interested in life and adventure.

Yet time has brought me back to the basics once again.

The ASS, Butt, First and Second Chakra, connection to health and vitality, connection to elimination of the digestion. Not to mention a great pleasurable creation of the human body of beauty and fantasy.

So: I am now back to developing a deeper connection with my Butt.

If you are looking for your ass, be patient, your ass is always with you and just waiting for you to wake up to the magic your Butt is waiting to share with you. Keep going:

5 min 16kg kettle bell swings
5 min Supine Butt lift off bench with 45pd plate
5 min 44pd Kettle Bell intestinal Pumping
5 min 25pd plate Good mornings with Overhead Press
5 min Back Raises (off bench) "I hope you like pain"
5 min Leg lift off bench holding-pulse "Singing really helps get through this one"
5 min Full Squat with Olympic Bar

ending with:
5 min sleeping tiger
5 min of plow stance

Remember this is not a crossfit routine. It is a training to really feel your ASS. So if your mind wants to go fast to just get it DONE.
