We Have Found a Home 2010 Nov 15
Ahhhhh Finally it worked out that we have found a park with ample lighting and safe surface for running in all weather conditions. And toilet facilities available, at QFC or local coffee shops.
Shalom fitness does like to be in and with the community ;-)
We meet and will continue to meet at Downtown Ballard Park. Meeting on the corner of 22nd Ave NW and NW 57th Street.

Another flexible day for Shalom Fitness Camp.
We met again at Mercer Island Park
And what a beautiful evening it was. Even though we brought head lamps we really didn’t need them. The moon was so bright and the air very crisp.
