As the holidays get closer and closer together, it is easy to find excuses as to skip your training. Yet we were out!

20 Speed Skater
20 Crunches on Bench

4 Rounds:
20 Leg Raises (low Back focus)
5 Kick Back (w 10 sec hold)

Jog
Stretch
