Chakra 4
Chakra 5

You also receive the added benefit of flexibility in the:
Ankles
Hips
Back
Neck

Stimulated the Thyroid hormone. While working the Lymphatic system.

Start with no weight and work your way up. Keep to the benefit of this exercise is:
Focus #1 - Breath
Focus #2 - Keep hips up
Focus #3 - Shoulders rolled down and back
Focus #4 - SMILE and ENJOY
